**Damages and Issues**  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.  

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

**European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**

If you are receiving items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused or unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
